Our Mission

To empower communities by advancing climate and environmental conservation education, addressing gender-specific challenges, and strengthening grassroots initiatives enabling women, youth, and children to lead and thrive in building resilient, inclusive, and sustainable communities.

Our Vision

To build inclusive, resilient, and sustainable communities where women, youth, and children lead in environmental conservation and climate action, and where the unique challenges they face due to climate change and environmental issues are effectively addressed.

Who We Are

We are a youth-led, non-governmental organization founded in 2019 at the University of Dodoma as a youth environmental conservation movement and officially registered in November 2021. We focus on empowering communities through climate and environmental conservation education, with a special emphasis on addressing gender-specific challenges. We support grassroots initiatives led by vulnerable groups especially women and girls engaged in waste collection and those impacted by unclean cooking practices to foster sustainable livelihoods and environmental stewardship.
